A focus is a powerful item bound to an Istar or Hero.
This spell creates a focus for the caster, it need not be learnt at any guild, but it can only be cast with the correct components and under special conditions.
Before casting the spell, some other ceremonies could be needed, such as casting other spells or dipping the material components in an enchanted pool.
