This ceremony tries to corrupt a good magical item, twisting it into an evil parody of itself, or to destroy it if it won't yield. Being a very powerful spell, 'corrupt' can only be cast in an appropriate place, and by a quite powerful and evil spellcaster. Certain items also aid the Necromancer in creating darkness or extending the duration of his clouds.
Before beginning the ceremony, the target item must be weakened with a curse, or its enchantment will be able to resist.
