Orophin teaches rangerskills at Caras Galadhon. He can usually be found sneaking around in the western part of the city.

Tall and strong, Orophin, one of the Lords and great rangers of the Galadhrim 
stands before you. Golden hair frames his intelligent face and clear, bright 
eyes that never rest as they eternally watch the Golden Wood. Clad in the grey
and green of a ranger, he moves as if being one with the forest, disturbing 
nothing and perceived less than a gentle breeze through the canopy.
