How to Apply for a Legend Home Building Permit

In order to apply you must have made 50% of the home cost deposit. Failure to have paid will result in your request being discarded.

Requests posted here must include:

  o Name, Town Name, Street Name/Lot Location or a request for help choosing
  o An approximately 25 word summary of what you imagine your home to be

A response will be posted within 14 RL days.

  o If denied, you must make a new request.
  o If approved, make your final payment for your base home cost.

Once paid in full post your construction instructions, this must include:

  o Room descriptions, door names, list of upgrades that have been paid for.
  o Descriptions for each room must be, four lines in length, 79 chars per line
  o They must fit in the surroundings, no magical towers in the Shire or
    bloody dungeons dug underground in Rivendell, please give this thought.
  o They should be checked for typos and spelling errors and be your best effort.
  o If denied you read the reasons carefully and post new descriptions

Existing Home Requests and Upgrades:

If you have been waiting on a legend home that has been paid in full, please reapply using the above process so we can expedite construction. If you are wanting to upgrade an existing home within a Town and have already made payment for the upgrade, please post your request here.

              Approved homes and upgrades should be completed
                 by the construction crew within 30 RL days.
